The fourth round of French National was competed at the end of June.
The track has been dusty and really bumped during all the race and all XRAY drivers were happy with their car performance. XB8 was both quick and easy on this really difficult track.

Like from the beginning of the year, the qualifying was a fair fight between Y.Aigoin (XRAY/RB), G.Vray (Mugen/RB) and J.Aigoin (Pirate/Picco). Yannick took the TQ after making the best time in the 2 first round.

The last one has been won by the world champion G.Vray, what give him the second position. 3 other XRAY drivers were in semi final after qualifying ; E.Legros (XRAY/Mega) was 6th, S.Chaffardon (XRAY/RB) was 8th with only 2 round, S.Cayrol (XRAY/RB) finished 12th. They all used a similar set-up with soft spring and anti-roll bar, and a sof centre diff.

Y.Aigoin won the semi A by one lap, followed by J.Aigoin, R.Savoya and J.Sartel.
In the other semi, there were 4 XB8 and 2 went-up in the main !
During the main, they were really unlucky. Yannick broke the steering servo and N. Reynaud the front gear box on the big jump. E.Legros finished 5, after a bad start â¦
